Cádiz has two international airports, one in Jerez de la Frontera and the other one in British territory of Gibraltar. Sevilla and Malaga airports might be another possibility. We recommend to spend 2 days in the city of Cádiz and at least a week enjoying the food, the beaches, the waves and the region itself.
