JAEN is a charming small city in the border with La Mancha, surrounded by olive groves all over its landscape from where one of the best olive oils in the world is manufactured. The city is shaped by charming narrow streets full of history and a beautiful cathedral. In addition, the towns of Ubeda and Baeza are a must if you are visiting the region.

Iconic dish

Pipirrana jaenera (salad in a tomato soup).

Visit the Centro Cultural Baños Árabes where a museum is mixed with some rooms with Arab remaining and nice views from the top of the building.

Kids

Visit Parque del Bulevard, formed by three different parks where you can find table tennis, gardens, lakes and even in the last one a football field.

Charge your batteries

Near the Cathedral and San Ildefonso borough are the main areas to eat and enjoy the night scene of Jaén. We recommend El Abuelo, La Manchega, El Santuario, La Barra with the famous rossini (similar to Sangria) and a bit far from the city centre Tito Nono big portions for an affordable price.

Outside the city

The beautiful villages of Baeza and Úbeda, where you will love the stunning architecture of its Catehdrals and the history of its streets.
