In the city
In the afternoon/evening is when usually the fishermen come back to the port of Mahon with their boats plenty of fishes. There is a fishmonger where they sell the fish afterwards. In case there is no fishing, it is always pleasant to walk along the port seeing the big ferries and yachts.
Charge your batteries
Es Cranc is probably the best place to try caldereta de langosta. Close to Mahon Pan y Vino with great fresh food. In Menorca city, our recommendations are Bar Triton and S'Amarador.
Outside the city
Binibeca is a small town known as the white village.
Until the 5th you can pay a visit to Museo of Menorca to enjoy the exhibition Urban archaeology: 20 years between neighbours, machines and pawns, a sample of the most interesting archaeological materials that preventive excavations have provided during the last two decades.
From the 14th until the 21st the entire city celebrates the Easter week with cultural and traditional parades celebrating the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The island has its own international airport. We recommend to spend 2 days here and unlimited if you are a big beach fan. Rent a car is a must in the island.
