We highly recommend to take a ferry to visit Islas Cies known by Romans as the islands of the gods.  Portugal is not that far from this city, be in two different countries in one day!

Every Wednesday morning you can pay a visit to the Mercadillo de Coia at the Parque da Bouza where you will find products from the area, artisanal beauties and traditional food.

Between the 14th and 20th you will be able to enjoy the Holy Week where procession surround the city where tradition and religion mix perfectly to celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Vigo has its own international airport. Santiago de Compostela is around 1h drive. We recommend to spend 2-3 days here.
